Everyone was very professional and if you were going to change anything you may have the lawyer being used meet the person a day or so before the hearing rather then the day of the hearing
They were all very pleasant just wished I had more contact other then mail or phone before my case

Seams like a very impersonal business, assembly line kind of service . I dint know if I have a case worker or not , contact them or you may not get answers
Could have not asked for better representation that what this firm put out. They kept communication open, they returned calls and kept me posted on every turn.

I went to you for help. I was well informed By you. I filled out paper work out. Made some mistakes. So in process of doing over. I tried to contact you. On the papers u sent me it said . In bold letters.. Contact us if u have any questions. I contacted my case worker asking questions. I was told she cannot answer that? In another time . I contacted her again. I asked if she could have pares ready and I could go to the office and fill paper work out and just give it right back. Response was. I am not in the office ... read more
