I went to you for help. I was well informed By you. I filled out paper work out. Made some mistakes. So in process of doing over. I tried to contact you. On the papers u sent me it said . In bold letters.. Contact us if u have any questions. I contacted my case worker asking questions. I was told she cannot answer that? In another time . I contacted her again. We had a bad experience. This entity is full of themselves. Call the attorney general if you need a lawyer in your state they will assist in finding an attorney.
I was not satisfied with the way you returned calls. How I felt that I was being blown off that you where to busy for me your client.

During the nine months I was represented by Midwest Disability, I only spoke to one of their lawyers twice. The lawyer that represented me at my Administrative Judge hearing was a contractor who knew nothing about my situation and cost my second appeal. I did however, speak to tech clerks on four accessions during that entire nine month span. One said I should be thankful for my injuries because eI have it better than most people because of them. Communication was extremely poor!!! Case workers were changed with no notice. Questions were not welcome. Workers appeared irritated when asked questions. Process was not explained to client. All this added to the ongoing stress I was already experiencing. Was told I would have Anthony for attorney for my hearing then switched at last minute to someone else. Never spoke once to Anthony.
