They was really good with my two girls and I will keep taking them there.... They were really respectful and kind....
The providers are great but the office policies and some of the staff are terrible. It’s a shame it’s the closest UC to us because it’s just one bad experience after another at this location.
They think they can erase the fact that their very unprofessional employee Chad is talking about harming patients and they are deleting the reviews where everybody is talking about it. He’s now posted that he’s going into hiding which means they have not even fired him. He’s been turned into the FBI and they have not even made a statement. Are they condoning this behavior from a nurse? Have they forgotten the oath they take as health professionals. Does anybody trust this clinic?
