They are fast and friendly, but doctors don’t prescribe most effective meds. I got the feeling of “let’s try this and if you’re not better if 5 days, come back.” They did the same thing when I went there for poison ivy a few years ago so I’m not sure why I gave them another shot.

Always more than an hour wait. Even when you make an appt online, staff is slow and you will wait at least an hour. They need more staff and a better process.
The doctor and staff were kind, BUT we were at the clinic for 2.5 hours. Then it took them a couple hours to get my first son's prescription sent to Walgreens and it's been over FIVE hours since we left and even though I've called the clinic four times (and every time they told me they would send it right over), my pharmacy still doesn't have my other son's prescription. Made a reservation for an appointment and 4:40 for my 3 year old. Nothing to do with covid. It’s now 6:06 and I’m still waiting. You would think they would have a better system so people aren’t waiting hours. I get it’s a walk-in clinic but this is absurd.

I have am so unhappy with their service! I “Checked In” like they suggested so it would go quicker!! Really??!! I would hate to see how long it would have taken them if I would not have checked in. Check in time was 2:10 pm here it is 3:54 pm and I am STILL SITTING IN MY CAR WAITING TO BE CALLED IN! As I watch people go in and out! I will NEVER suggest this place!

Had my son seen a few weeks ago and asked numerous times at the front desk what the cost was. They could not give me a straight answer but said my insurance would cover it. I asked if they were going to charge me hundreds and was told no. Well today I get a bill for $250 to be seen by a nurse practitioner. My pediatricians Office was closed but they would have only charged my $75!! They wanted me to make follow up appointments to come back SO GLAD I DECLINED as my kids have a pediatrician.
