Front office receptionist seemed to be annoyed, almost rude. Asked me If I had a co-pay, I told her No. She said, are you sure about that?! I’ve been in the medical field for many years. The first person you encounter will set the stage. The physician was exceptional! Certainly helped the situation. Upon discharge front desk girl changed her tone. I believe the doc was in earshot of that. The MA that took my vitals was very sweet and kind.
Staff was very professional. Quick appointment time, no waiting. Will go again for sure.
