Having the receptionist greet you with compassion and a smile feels amazing and the physician on staff is so relatable. I had a bad experience going to my general practitioner Dr Petrovich and Lori the N/A are also Beautiful people but the receptionist who was there yesterday needed to be reprimanded. Very unprofessional, combative, could use some role play techniques. This makes me not want to return. Thank s to the Express clinic and there professionalism made my day!!!
