Having high risk patients waiting in the car to get a piece of paper, after waiting 6 days for a text that never came, for a COVID test result, NOT good!!!!!!!!! Yes in the car with a fever of 101.3. I would not recommend this clinic ever again. Service is lacking...........a lot!!!!!!!
Had appointment here today for a follow up. And nobody bothered to call and tell me my appointment was cancelled and they were only doing covid testing today.
Day 15 and no test results. Despite the politeness of your staff, this is unacceptable. Yes- keep blaming Quest,but own the fault as well. And if you remove my review again, I’ll just write another one.

I will not go back. They prescribed the wrong antibiotic.
Doctor misdiagnosed my 18 month old with an ear infection and prescribed him unnecessary antibiotics when he actually had a viral infection.
I would give this place negative stars for my last experience.. went there and was placed in a room and was left to sit there for 45 minutes before someone came into see me.. being an RN myself, usually try to ride out any illnesses I have but always end up needing an antibiotic when I get a sinus infection. I went there on 7-6-2018 for a problem with my knee. (First time there) I noticed about 6 people sitting in the waiting room and figured it wouldn't be too bad! How-ever! As I sat there waiting my turn, more people were coming in and the place filled up! Long story short! I sat there for 1 1/2 hrs. waiting for my turn, when I noticed that 5 people who came in after me were taken before me. I lost it and went up to the counter and asked why!
