Went to the clinic because my daughter had a cough that she couldn't shake for 2 weeks. Before we saw the doctor, they asked us which tests we wanted ordered - Covid, strep or flu - my choice. But shouldn't the Doctor/NP check the patient out and then order tests? She had no symptoms but the cough. We see the NP, Madhur Dass, and she doesn't even look at my daughter and says the cough is being driven by drinking cold water at school and we should stop that and it'll go away.
