They were kind and compassionate and very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in with an emergency from a bad dog bite and got in within 10 minutes. The staff was so excellent. The providers were thorough and excellent also. They went above and beyond.
Entire process here was A+ . Spotless, pleasant staff, timely and thorough. Scheduling online was easy. I arrived on time and was seen 5 minutes later. This might not always be possible when they are super busy but I felt very well taken care of. Nurse practitioner prescribed me exactly what I needed and I was out the door and under 20 minutes.
Great and super efficient staff! This clinic is clean and organized. Everyone that assisted us through our visit were friendly and professional. Sam was fantastic and made sure VA insurance and prescriptions were all completed and verified quickly. Left the place feeling satisfied and getting the care we needed.
I question how real many of these reviews are. We have been here many, many times. Some visits are ok, some have been terrible which often leaves me wondering why I keep going back. But tonight was the last straw. We were seen yesterday and my son was given an antibiotic for strep. He has been complaining of severe ear pain today and I called to ask if the antibiotic we were prescribed would cover ear infections. As a mom of three, I know that when one child tests positive for something (flu, RSV, etc.), the others are most likely to get it too. Ever since we found out about Midwest Express Clinic, we’ve trusted them to treat all three kids whenever their pediatrician is unavailable. Yesterday, our daughter tested positive for the flu.
