I have visited the clinic twice in the recent month. The initial visit was for my own issue due to chest pains. The visit was so easy with the online check-in which essentially saves you a spot for that specific time. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving. The staff were extremely friendly and the visit was quick and efficient. They took the time to ask questions and listen carefully. The second visit was today for my son who had injured his finger. Horrible reception and care experience. Went in as one of last appointments of the night and they basically rushed me through a health screening and proceeded to prescribe medicine that I needed right away only they sent the script to the wrong pharmacy that was closed. I couldn't get the meds because as soon as I was out the door they shut their doors and their phones 20 minutes before closing. The worst!

Adding my review from Google to Yelp so more people can avoid this clinic. Absolutely appalling experience. I have never been more disgusted by the complete lack of basic human decency than I was at this clinic. A few weeks ago, my wife had just torn a ligament in her leg--literally in the parking lot--after a PT session next door. My wife went to this clinic to get a wart removed. They submitted the visit within insurance under "surgery" and said the visit cost $350 dollars. Half that was covered by insurance. I'm sorry, but spraying some wart remover should not constitute a "surgery." This is very dishonest. Additionally, good luck calling the dispute a charge. They send you in circles in their phone system and tell you to submit the dispute online. We submitted a dispute over a month ago and got nothing. Never ever coming here again. I came in for a blood test and the np said she would follow up with me and explain the results. She never called me back I had to follow up and come in for her to tell me the results and explain them to me that took like 30 seconds of her day I'm not sure why she couldn't just call me. Also the receptionist very rude gives a lot of attitude over the phone. We have had luck with this facility before, and just had a very slow experience at NW immediate care so we tried MEC again. They were understaffed and busy (Sunday afternoon), but we eventually got to see a doctor for an ankle injury. After that x-rays quickly followed and we were told to go home and wait on X-ray results by end of day. They never came. Called twice the following morning and was emailed results. No fracture - great - but my daughter is still in pain and it's Monday morning so she has to go to school. No diag... read more

They are rude. The prices on website are very wrong. Hidden fees increase cost by ten times the advertised price.
