I recently had a consultation at Midwest Express Clinic in Northbrook IL for Physical Exam and I couldn't be more impressed. Their team was incredibly responsive , helpful, patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. The service itself was completed efficiently, effectively, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic to anyone looking for reliable expert service.
Love the fact there is a location close to our house now. Unlike the other clinics the staff here are always nice and helpful. You can fill out most paperwork online and then you're ready when you walk in the door. Been here a couple times with the boys for strep test and ear infection. Each time was a good experience so again it's a great place to come when in need.
I just want to say that you guys were absolutely awesome and I found my new favorite urgent Care. I actually went to a different urgent care on Sunday and they barely even looked at me and just prescribe me a bunch of stuff that didn't even match my symptoms and you guys took the time to thoroughly check me out and address all my questions a nice sincerely appreciate it. Everyone from the front staff to the doctor that saw me and everyone in between was super nice. Thank you
Waited 1 1/2 hours with a 10 month old to see a nurse practitioner. Staff is nice but not medically professional. But then I’m from Boston and our health care is unparalleled.
