I've been to a midwest express clinic near my home before but this time i decided to go right after work and this was the nearest one. i'm so glad i made that decision! i walked in, the place was clean and the receptionist was very kind! i was called in with the nurse pretty quickly and that process was very fast but not rushed! the best part was the doctor! she was very thorough with everything and asked many questions and made me feel like she was truly providing me with the best solution possible for my problem. i have oc... read more

This place was ok. It was clean and I didn't have to wait too long. There was a snafu with my insurance they didn't tell me about until I got there even though I preregistered and scanned my insurance card. So I had to try to resolve with insurance company while I was in the office which was a pain. When I saw the provider she seemed knowledgeable but really had no advice other than writing a scrip and did not seem to be in a good mood. Nice and fast 100/10 it was the best they are so fast like About 5 min for the whole thing in and out and this nurse in there that help me OMG she is so sweet and so good at the job like she had to put some thing in my throat and not a single feeling I think her name Alyssa or Elizabeth she was great like 10 stars. And made me feel good about this.

People are friendly but the service is very slow. We registered online and selected an appointment time. Did not seem to help expedite anything.

The moment I walked in the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She checked on my wait time every couple of minutes. The intake nurse, Tasha, was amazing! She was friendly, and understanding, and made the process seamless. I only waited in the exam room for a few minutes to see PA Patrice. She listened to my concerns and made the exam extremely comfortable and explained all the steps. She took the time to call me with the results shortly after I left. Fast wait times, welcoming waiting room, friendly staff, doctor that actually listened and cared! They preformed thorough testing and asked lots of questions regarding symptoms instead of just rushing through like some other doctors I've experienced. Definitely will continue going there as needed!

I registered online and was seen at my appointed time. The intake nurse was exceptional as well as the doctor. You can tell they care about you as a person highly recommend.

I took my wife here as she was feeling sick. Suspected strep throat. The facilities were nice and clean. The people were very friendly and professional. The sign in process is somewhat of a pain so if you can plan ahead and do the paperwork online you will benefit. They ran three lab tests, strep, flu and COVID. All were negative. She had a item on one of her tonsils she wanted them to look at but they said they couldn't see it. So we left without any diagnosis or treatment. She remains ill so we suspect a bad cold.
