Jason Pleggenkuhle has been the best loan officer to work with over the past few years, helping friends, family and acquaintances with mortgages in an effort to achieve their dreams. Even though we have not been able to actually do a refinance yet, Kyle has been more than helpful and answered every question I’ve had. He’s helped give me pointers on being prepared to refinance and checks in with us every so often to check if we are ready!
