I have worked with Charlie Chedester for many years and he is a great loan officer. Very quick to respond if we have questions about a file we (Heartland Credit Restoration) are working on. The clients always have great things to say about Charlie as he takes the time to explain so they understand exactly what they are needing to do before closing on the loan. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a home loan.

Exceptional customer service - Makes the mortgage process easy Jason Pleggenkuhle helped me secure my original mortgage, and with me being a first-time homebuyer, he was able to find a tax credit that has benefited me now for 6+ years. I also refinanced with Jason a couple years ago and that process was also smooth. Very communicate, well-informed, stays current with the industry, and has various licenses giving him broad coverage to help originate several different types of mortgage loans.
