Mighty Ducts came out to examine my chimney and saw that the draft control was not working. They recommended someone who came out the next day. After the repair, they examined my chimney and told me I did not need to have it cleaned, then explained how to use my wood-burning fireplace most efficiently. I was impressed that they were honest in telling me my chimney did not need to be cleaned and then proceeded to tell me how to do everything I could to keep it clean. I will call them to work on my fireplace in the future!
Excellent customer service. While Eric was here we asked for additional fireplace and furnace advice. He explained things well and showed us pictures of work needed. Also provided help with issues that were beyond the company’s scope. We will definitely call Mighty Ducts to complete work now and in the future!

Eric and Mario Did a wonderful job they were on time they were courteous polite respectful of my home explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to have the ducts cleaned in your home.
We were very pleased with Mighty Ducts service. The technicians were very competent and courteous. Also, Jo, in their office, was very informative and worked well with us.
The chimney inspection and cleaning crew arrived exactly on time, fully prepared and equipped, and explained clearly what they would do. Then with complete courtesy and respect for us and our house, conducted their inspection and cleaning expeditiously and completely. Once complete, they explained what they did and the anticipated requirement for cleaning next year (or after burning a cord of wood). They performed exactly as I had hoped for the quoted price. I will most certainly call them again!!
These guys did great work. They explained their process and did all their work while I worked. They didn't break or scratch anything, and that is a big plus. I have nothing bad to report.
