Mighty Ducts came out to examine my chimney and saw that the draft control was not working. They recommended someone who came out the next day. After the repair, they examined my chimney and told me I did not need to have it cleaned, then explained how to use my wood-burning fireplace most efficiently. I was impressed that they were honest in telling me my chimney did not need to be cleaned and then proceeded to tell me how to do everything I could to keep it clean. I will call them to work on my fireplace in the future!
Excellent customer service. While Eric was here we asked for additional fireplace and furnace advice. He explained things well and showed us pictures of work needed. Also provided help with issues that were beyond the company’s scope. We will definitely call Mighty Ducts to complete work now and in the future!

Eric and Mario Did a wonderful job they were on time they were courteous polite respectful of my home explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to have the ducts cleaned in your home.
