An exceptional experience all around. The young men arrived promptly, were courteous, and got right down to work. They asked questions as needed and were very patient with the pets in the house as I moved them about to accommodate the work. The house started smelling better about half-way through the cleaning, and it's helped me cut back tremendously on the use of my inhaler. Would and will recommend to anyone needing their ducts/dryer vents cleaned.

Our tech was professional, courteous, did a thorough job, and took his boots off to walk on the new carpet! The before and after photos confirmed the quality job, and the fact that the job was long overdue. We would use them again.

The gentleman who came to do our duct cleaning was very polite and honest. He took pictures of our vents and it showed that we really didn't need a cleaning yet. We went ahead and had him clean them anyway since one of our family members has a serious dust allergy. Mighty Ducks did our vents 5 years ago and that shows just how well of a job they do!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone because of their honesty and their great work ethics, and a job well done.

The technicians arrived to do the cleaning and after a review of the furnace and duct work asked if I really wanted them done since the ducts were already very clean. Nice to know they checked before doing an unneeded cleaning. Saved us money, thanks guys.
