I wanted to thank you for my recent case settlement. The process was so simple and took so little involvement on my end that I wasn't sure if we were even pursuing a legal issue. A couple scans and signatures on my end, and a couple calls confirming that we were proceeding with the case case was really all it took. Most importantly, I can rest assured that I (or my elderly parents) will not be receiving any more illegal correspondence from the defendant (ARA, Inc.). Thank you for your help!

I just wanted to write a short note to say thank you for you help in regards to a debt collector that just didn't want to take no for an answer and continued to hound me and make threats about what they would do if I didn't pay them immediately. I just got my settlement check from who I call the Agruss EMS team (Emily, Mike & Samantha) and I was thoroughly delighted how swiftly they forced Commonwealth Finance to pay up after CF unlawfully attempted to collect a hospital debt that the particular hospital's charity unit had already graciously paid on my behalf. My only regret was that CF harassed me thru my landline instead of my cell. Emily and Agruss Law Firm did a great job for me. They stopped the unwarranted calls to my cell, made sure the collection agency understood the debt had already been paid and then made them pay for harassing me.
