The employees always made me feel like I mattered and that means alot, because believe me , I know I was a pain in the butt. They always returned my phone calls and emails immediately, despite all the case loads they had. I am very happy with the outcome and how quickly it was resolved. A few months ago, my wife and I began to receive some disturbing phone calls from a collection agency. I immediately contacted the Agruss Law Firm. Within 24 hours the phone calls stopped. Because of the diligence, professionalism and hard work by many at the Agruss Law Firm, we received a settlement check from the collection agency for their wrongful acts. I discovered Agrus Law Firm while being harassed by a collection agency trying to illegally collect on a debt. They explained my rights and aggressively went after them. I've used them twice now, and both times with great success and no money out of my own pocket. I highly recommend them...
