Mike and his team were super helpful and professional in walking me through a VA Refi. They communicated with me at every step, and even allowed me to skip 2 months of payments.
Mike helped me refinance after two other companies originally said there was no point in refinancing because I wouldn't save any money. Not only did I get a lower rate on my mortgage, but I got money back as well and did not have to bring any money to closing! Mike and his team were super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had throughout the process. I cannot recommend him enough!
Mike assisted us every step of he way. The approval process was simple and straightforward and we closed in approximately 4 weeks - fast for these unprecedented times! Mike made sure the details were taken care of and coordinated the sometimes complicated bridge loan process.
