Able to get the loan close quickly. When asked if the closing could be moved up it was accommodated. Everything went very smoothly. No surprises.

The amount of dedication for a 21 day closing was great. The numbers that were given to me for the amount due at closing were very accurate and ended up being higher than what I ended up paying. This was great to not have any sticker shock at closing for amounts that could have been higher if I didn't have such a great team crunching the numbers to get me accurate quotes for everything
We were supported and well communicated to as first time home buyers, but we also genuinely felt cared for as people. This is a big investment, and we appreciated not just feeling like numbers in a corporate system.
