Definitely you all were following up every step of the way. That was nice and made it more personal. Would have appreciated less uncertainty on the time in which I got the email that we were being tentatively accepted to get the loans until practically settlement day, though. Maybe a different term was used but I think y'all should use different terminology for it, for better peace of mind. I appreciated the house warming gift!
