Closing was complex and delayed but at no fault of Mike's. Our loan process itself was complex and delayed as a result of other lenders also involved in the process. Regardless, Mike was patient with us in collecting and updating all necessary documents. Most impressive was him advocating for us when another lender seems to be trying to take advantage ofcircumstances at our expense.
