BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT use them to detail your car!! My brother and a few other people use them for a car wash and say they do a good job? Don't know how much the charge but I bet it's expensive? Anyway do NOT pay them to detail your car. I took my car in because I'm selling it and it had a few scratches. They did my car and when I picked it up I didn't really inspect it because it was getting dark,my fault,! So the next day I went to look at it and it looked horrible! Do not use Centerville Car Wash! My husband went in last night and was quoted a price but was told they didn't have time then. When he went in today the owner told him it would be $20 more. He was treated terribly. Please avoid this place and show the owner he can not treat people this way.
The car wash does an excellent job. Workers are fast and complete. The cost is very fair. However, I had my car detailed. I had a stick on item that asked them to remove from my windshield. They cracked my windshield and would not replace. Offered only a $100 toward replacement. Lucky enought the replacement only cost $250. They will not detail any more of my cars. The manager/owner has values that are different.
My wife bought a $165 gift certificate for me for my Birthday. The original gift certificate was lost in a flood, but we still had the cash register receipt. They refused to honor it!!! Said it was "the owner's policy". We used to go there all the time - never will again. taking them to small claims court.
There's something wrong with this place. A basic car wash shouldn't take 45+ minutes, yet they have managed to break the norm. Nice employees, but they surely do not know how to run an efficient process.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My boyfriend and I have been taking our cars here for a while so I would consider us good paying, loyal customers. I recently took my boyfriends trailblazer SS for a managers special car wash and when i got the car back it was missing a wiper blade and this is the second time the car wash has ripped it off. I should have listened to the Google Reviews. They did an "ok" job on the interior of the car. Still a decent amount of build up between the seats. The inside was somewhat wiped down but I could still see several areas that were missed especially on the dash. The jams still had dirt in them. Their wash does a pretty good job on the outside.
