The machine does a decent wash but it's more expensive then any other wash in town. They charge you for vacuums. There is no free towels, Windex or matt cleaner. Would definitely not use again. Thank goodness it was free from the dealer I bought a car from.

Zero rating but not an option. Absolutely horrible!!! My car went off the track and I was accused of turning my steering wheel (which I did not) and it proceeded in my being hit in the back of my car by a car which was rear ended as well but a truck! I literally was hit 9 times before the conveyor belt was stopped! And guess who is responsible for all 3 vehicles! Yep my insurance company! Seems like a call to OSHA is coming. I was trapped and no way out!

29$ car wash top tier or 82$ a month unlimited but vacuums are extra. First time trying. Will be cancelling membership asap.

I went to this car wash for the first time today. I paid $14 and my car did NOT come out clean. There was still dirt & spots on the hood. I usually go to Flying Ace where I pay $10 and am always happy with the results. I will not be going back to Mike's.

NOT a fan of Mike's Car Wash. It is OVER PRICED for what you get. I have found that my SUV does not come out clean after using the Ultimate Wash. I initially came because I had a coupon code for $4 off. It is $20 minus $4 meaning a total cost of $16. I understand that the Vacuum is free but everyone knows that there is no such thing as a free lunch. You overpay if you do not use the vacuum essentially every time. I have been going to Centerville Car Wash since moving to the Centerville area. I have found them to do a fantastic job and the workers take great pride in the details. Today I was on the receiving end of the worst customer service experience in my 53 years. The young man indicated my truck was ready and he opened the back door to show me his workmanship. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT use them to detail your car!! My brother and a few other people use them for a car wash and say they do a good job? Don't know how much the charge but I bet it's expensive? Anyway do NOT pay them to detail your car. I took my car in because I'm selling it and it had a few scratches. They did my car and when I picked it up I didn't really inspect it because it was getting dark,my fault,! So the next day I went to look at it and it looked horrible! Do not use Centerville Car Wash! My husband went in last night and was quoted a price but was told they didn't have time then. When he went in today the owner told him it would be $20 more. He was treated terribly. Please avoid this place and show the owner he can not treat people this way.

The car wash does an excellent job. Workers are fast and complete. The cost is very fair. However, I had my car detailed. I had a stick on item that asked them to remove from my windshield. They cracked my windshield and would not replace. Offered only a $100 toward replacement. Lucky enought the replacement only cost $250. They will not detail any more of my cars. The manager/owner has values that are different.
