My wife bought a $165 gift certificate for me for my Birthday. The original gift certificate was lost in a flood, but we still had the cash register receipt. They refused to honor it!!! Said it was "the owner's policy". We used to go there all the time - never will again. taking them to small claims court.
There's something wrong with this place. A basic car wash shouldn't take 45+ minutes, yet they have managed to break the norm. Nice employees, but they surely do not know how to run an efficient process.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My boyfriend and I have been taking our cars here for a while so I would consider us good paying, loyal customers. I recently took my boyfriends trailblazer SS for a managers special car wash and when i got the car back it was missing a wiper blade and this is the second time the car wash has ripped it off. We offered to reimburse Carli for her windshield wiper. Even waiting for her to make multiple phone calls to find out the cost. The windshield wiper was low end. On the way to the cash register to refund $11 to Carli so she could replace the wiper, she went from a nice, calm person to someone completely different. After the phone call. I should have listened to the Google Reviews. They did an "ok" job on the interior of the car. Still a decent amount of build up between the seats. The inside was somewhat wiped down but I could still see several areas that were missed especially on the dash. The jams still had dirt in them. Their wash does a pretty good job on the outside. Most of all I was frustrated with the manager or owner that was yelling at his guys because they forgot to ask for a receipt so one guy drove off without paying. He needed to be mor... read more
