I was very disappointed that they did not offer cleaning the inside of cars. The only problem I had was pulling up to the car wash for the ultimate package deal and not knowing what to do. I was the only car there and I read the signs, but who was I supposed to, give my ticket to? Someone finally came out and took my ticket and just told me to move up into the car wash. Wheel shiner not applied evenly every time I get a car wash. It looks sloppy. I’ve complained about this multiple times. Why pay for an ultimate car wash and not get the exceptional service. Both managers today made excuses after excuse. Comparing me to others that are not complaining. How dare them to tell me it’s ok because no one else is having that problem! Lies! Paid for an ultimate, windshield filthy. Had to dry all windows by hand they weren’t even close to dry. Never seen such a good company go down in quality like this.
I always go to that location, they're clean and polite and offer many different wash packages. They're the best place to go to wash salt from the snow off your vehicle.
Best carwash I've ever been to. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any issues going through the carwash as it seems to be very well maintained. I get the ultimate wash and it truly makes my car sparkle.. even my tires! 5 PLUS stars
