Just got my daughter's car washed at Mike's Carwash after her car was covered in berries and bird poo from sitting under a tree for 2 1/2 days. They power washed the entire car before going through the wash, no extra charge. Not a speck of berries or poo was left and the car looks great. Thanks!

I just want to put my positive word for this and really every Mikes car wash around the Cincy area. Every time I go my car is as clean as it could be. Really I do not think you could get a better wash anywhere. The workers are always friendly. Yes it is a rather high price but you get what you pay for. Also if you want to save they do offer multi wash coupons/books. I am sure your car will enjoy.

Quick in and out. Good wash, and cleared all the road salt off my car. I have not had the experiences of others that reviewed, and I keep in mind that it is an automatic wash, so there's that. Have been a customer of Mike's for years, and they do a good job. I just wish that they would take care of the interior as well, rather than charging me additional to use their vacuums.

I have been a faithful customer for years and the last visit they tried to cram a lot of cars into wash , I got stuck and my tire covering was ripped off. When I filed claim they tried to say it was already loose which was not true or valid. They states due to this they would reject my claim. I will never visit Mike washes again especially the Fairfield location which pulled my car parts off. Very disappointing.....I suggest you think twice if you have a decent car. Went through the car wash and they're system damaged my bumper. Filed a claim and they said that my car was already damaged before hand which I can assure you it was not. While I was in line to talk with a manager it turned out that the person inn front of me also had their car damaged. Company sucks but the people working that day were nice but they're equipment just sucks and they won't take responsibility.
I recently visited Mike's Carwash and, overall, the car wash itself was effective. My car came out clean, and the wash process worked great. However, I was quite disappointed by the state of the LED sign out front. It was broken, and this really detracted from my overall experience. While the car wash did its job, the broken sign made the place look uncared for, which affected my perception of the business. This message comes from a former employee who wishes to remain anonymous. The job at Mike's is not what it appears to be at first glance. Upon arrival, new employees may think they are being greeted by associates who are compensated fairly for standing out in the rain, snow, or blazing sun. However, most part-time associates earn an average of $12 per hour and work the same length of shifts as full-time employees. This feedback is from a former employee, and let me tell you, the work environment at this company is infuriating. They don't give a damn about their employees. You're expected to risk your health, dealing with blisters and scars, all for a part-time job that isn't worth a second of your time! Mandatory meetings at the crack of dawn? Seriously?
