I went to this car wash and they said I didn't have the 6 month pass showing up in their system so I needed to pay for the wash. The lady mgr that evening said if I had the receipt showing I had the 6 month they would refund my $310. I brought the receipt back that same evening and she told me she would make sure they refunded the money. Thanked her and left. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND!!!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car damage.. miscommunication with attendant.. spray windows while giving hand signals.. not spraying opposite side after acknowledging they would.. confusing ..you have to drive onto a constantly moving belt while waiting for other side to be sprayed..not like other car washes..
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company damaged my car and will not take responsibility for it. Extremely unprofessional outfit. PLEASE DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE
They put you bumper to bumper with the car ahead of you,which is dangerous,to get as many in and out as possible.The wash is average at best never being completely dry and leaving water spots everywhere.I usually use the self serve wash and they have reduced considerably the amount of soap that is being dispensed by the machines.Wash at home now.
I've used Mike's Car Wash for the last 20 years and have had no problems until the last visit. After the wash, I noticed a crack on the hatch back of my car. I took the car back to Mike's and the manager took pictures and made a out a claim. However the home office denied any wrong doing My car has brush scrapes at the crack site and on the left side door. I had a sticker on the rear windshield and it has been torn off. Was on business trip and wen for first result on map. Bad idea. Wash was poor and their service is way overpriced. Avoid.
Have been coming to this location now for over a year during my lunch break with no problems until yesterday. I noticed severe water spots all over my car white in color and almost impossible to remove with a shammy as I always wipe down my door jams etc. at the Circle K directly next to the car wash. My husband was in the Mike's Carwash yesterday on Acme Drive in Fairfield. While IN the wash he was rear ended by another car, a woman who thought she was in neutral - but actually in drive. Once both cars were out of the wash, the manager came out and would not allow the drivers to exchange insurance information and not allow them to talk to each other. I visited this car wash at 7 am while it was still dark. While I've used Mikes many times with other vehicles this was the first time with my new car. I found it to be scratched all along one side as well as a spot on the opposite side. That along with the rear being filthy. I even call ahead the day before to confirm this vehicle was safe to wash there. I was shocked when i found it and immediately called as i was headed out of town.
