I was there a few days ago and one of the car washes is missing a brush and yet they have it open to the public without a notice that it is out of service. I put in the money and then I saw that the brush is missing.
This mikes location in general, has a very finicky self wash. Most times it works but if it doesn’t work the workers can’t help you. Use the self service at your own risk. If anything goes wrong you’ll have to deal with it yourself. Soap wasn’t coming out the wash, the guy told me there’s an issue with soap refilling on there end. Ultimate Ceramic wash and still didn't clean my vehicle. Staff was nice. Could be due to older internals in the car wash.
This location appears to consistently experience difficulties in maintaining the operation of the car wash. As a result, I find myself with a dirty vehicle and several four-dollar discount coupons that are of little benefit to me, given that I have invested in an unlimited wash plan.
Took my truck thru the automatic wash with the ultimate ceramic wash. Highly disappointed. Half the truck was cleaned the other half looks like it wasn't even touched, several missed spots. The machines looked like they wasn't working properly Hardly any pressure from the water and soap. This is the 2nd time this has happened . The first time was the self wash bay. This used to be the best car wash in butler county but now I'm going to have to disagree with this
