The pre-washers are usually reasonably thorough. If you want them to get your rear windshield, make sure you ask the first employee as you enter if there is one. Otherwise, they have still been happy to do so if asked. There are plentyvof suds in the wash and the scent is clean and fresh during the wash. Decent dryers that almost fully dry your vehicle. I like Mike's car wash but I just wish they would include the vacuums for free with a wash.
Efficient car wash, affordable, especially if you get a book. Most importantly, the staff are always welcoming and professional.
Decent wash. I like that it doesn't have a musty odor while going through the wash. Smells fresh and clean. Good quality wash and the unlimited package is a great value.
The wash is good, but the plan cost is crazy expensive. $39/month for a basic wash when competitors nearby offer $20/month for basic wash.
Customer Service is amazing at this location! Will always bring my vehicle to this location vs the one by my house.

I absolutely love Mike's! I possess the unlimited plan and we also buy books occasionally for the family. The staff is really friendly and willing to help you out with anything you might need. After reading other reviews, I decided to compose this one! Yes, your vehicle isn't spotless, but it's clean! You can always wipe your vehicle down as I invariably do! Mike's Car Wash is one of the best in the area. But, like many car washes, you don't get out of there spot Free. This is not a touchless car wash. This is very touch full, to say the least. You've got the spinning things, you've got the swirling drapes, the foamy showers in the sprinkling mist. This place has it all. Mike's Car Wash always delivers great service and great wash when I visit. I was lucky enough to visit a weekend when they were offering $7 Ultimate wash which is usually $20. The driveway at Mike's is built for busy customer traffic; multiple lanes to pay and the clerks comes to you!
