I was there a few days ago and one of the car washes is missing a brush and yet they have it open to the public without a notice that it is out of service. I put in the money and then I saw that the brush is missing.

I've been to many, many, many Mike's locations... I felt like this location was minimally staffed and they could have done a better job with the pre-wash spray down. When you get through a Premium wash cycle and there is still bird droppings on your mirror, it could have been better.

Took my bike there to see how it would work out and I gotta say, it worked out great. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 is because the machine is janky. Without raising hell the guy working there offered me a refund on some of the money because of how it worked out. Only going to come here from now on

This mikes location in general, has a very finicky self wash. Most times it works but if it doesn’t work the workers can’t help you. Use the self service at your own risk. If anything goes wrong you’ll have to deal with it yourself. Soap wasn’t coming out the wash, the guy told me there’s an issue with soap refilling on there end.
