After using Mike's hundreds of times over the past 20 years, a few weeks ago my simple wash routine turned into a nightmare. My truck jumps out of the track, gets rammed multiple times by the car behind me, driving the front of my truck into the equipment, causing front end damage. They are overpriced and they charge extra to use the vacuums. I won't be back, I only used it because it was closer to my daughter's house and we had been driving for a day and covered in bugs guts. The wash was ok, could have been better. My normal car wash provides towels and various cleaners free so you can wipe down all the places the car washes miss. Nothing like that here. Not even 24 hrs asked for a re wash and they said no after looking at my car. I would be embarrassed to be in business.
I paid for the ultimate car wash and came out of the car wash with a still very dirty car. The front still has bugs and my windshield and mirrors were still very dirty. I went thru the car wash because there was splatter from being behind someone on the interstate, and that was not even washed off of my windows or car. I'm very disappointed since I paid $20 for a car wash that didn't even wash my car.
I have been a customer at Mike's car wash for over five years with either a monthly or six month pass over that timeframe on 2 vehicles simultaneously. I have visited the Mikes Car Wash at Pavilion Drive as it is the closest to my house on a regular basis. However after a visit on February 28, 2020 I will now be discontinuing my six-month wash passes as I am finding that the customer service has dropped drastically at this location over the past few months, hence the reason I will stop doing business with Mike's Car Wash un... read more

Standard Mikes Car wash, however if your car is damaged as my was they will not take any responsibility. This is not the fault of the kids working there, but the fault of the management. They will have you fill out a form and submit a claim but nothing will be done about the damage. I was told that I would be contacted when after I filled out the form.
