Mike's does great on my Mazda 3. However not so great on my Jeep Compass. The rear does not get rinsed well. It needs to be wiped down afterwards to get the soap residue off before it dries.
Shoutout Stephen he is the best ever. He looked for my missing license plate twice and found it. GREAT customer service
The car was really dirty from a lot of cold weather driving and was happy to get in and get a nice wash. Was in and out in under 5 minutes for just about $10.
I have lived in Glendale for 16 years and have used Mike's since they opened this location. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and quality of this car wash. It IS an automated car wash, and with that, you will NOT get the quality of a detailed hand wash. But I think that goes without saying. Buying the booklet of car washes also dramatically reduces the cost per car wash and makes this an extremely affordable way to get your car wash. I wash my car here all of the time - love the service and wash. My car always comes out clean and the fast wax gives that extra shine to make my car look like new.
Today my husband decided to get his car washed. As we were in line we observed a few things. The young lady Zoe rinsed a car off completely as they use to do so, front , back and top. The next car came she only rinsed the front end and nothing else, then she motion for us to pull up, again just our front. We as patrons don't pay for a 2 second spray of our windshield and hood, we pay for a complete pre rinse. My car was damaged by the carwash and they make it out to be my fault and they have found nothing that I have done wrong by looking at their camera "at least 20 times and I have not seen you do anything wrong" but it is still my fault. You know who you are that quoted me that during our phone conversation on February 17. If they were the last carwash on the planet I would not give them any of my hard earned money. First time it wasn't clean at all my white drying rag was dirty. Bird shit and sticky stuff still on front of car. I always have to go through at least twice but never feel it completely cleans it.
I saw the attendee allow the cars to be too close in the wash and one car hit the other car! The car that caused the accident, drove off (hit and run) while the attendee blamed the victim and called the police on the victim! Very unprofessional! If you value your car, don't go here.
