Only 1 out of 4 of the self-wash bays was up and running, waited 30min in line for that. Upon pulling in I realised the foam brush wasn’t even connected to the soap line, detached. I swipe my credit card and use the sprayer fine. Then when I’m done, I see there’s still time left with a button to extend the time by billing your card. I ask the guy at the desk how to stop someone else from running me up a bill, he says “you can’t” until a manager stepped in. Good manager, but save yourself the trouble and go to Zip’s.
Great customer service but after picking the 16 dollar package with clear coat treatment my car has visible dirt still on it
Terrible customer service was assisted by Lydia Sparks who was vwry rude and had a attitude when i approached her in the office area. I told her the soap wasn't dispensing out of the spray nozzle and the soap was also leaking out from overhead. It was leaking all over me. She seen it was coming out slow and leaking everywhere. I asked if i could possibly move to the next stall, . She said sorry about that but There's nothing I can do about it.. I've been going to Mike's Car Wash since 2019, and I've always been happy with their service until now. Recently, I asked to have my car rewashed because it wasn't cleaned properly the first time. Unfortunately, the employee named Lydia was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was unacceptable, and I believe Mike's Car Wash should consider firing her. Such behavior is not what I expect from a place I've trusted for years.
I have the Unlimited Ultimate package which includes the basic carwash and every add-on they offer: wheel bright, tire shine, under carriage and ceramic wax. Caught a deal that afforded me that package at a substantial discount, for life. Best automatic wash around. My interior stays clean as my wife and I are typically the persons in the vehicle. Plus, I have never allowed eating or drinking in any vehicle I've owned. Periodically, I vacuum the interior myself or go to a full service wash.
