I saw the attendee allow the cars to be too close in the wash and one car hit the other car! The car that caused the accident, drove off (hit and run) while the attendee blamed the victim and called the police on the victim! Very unprofessional! If you value your car, don't go here.
This was my first time using Mike's. I rarely use an automated carwash - they are hard on your car. I hand wash weather permitting. Anyway, I do use carwashes once or twice a year in the winter to get the underside of the car. Long story short - the entire back end of my car was filthy. It was cleaner than before but still dirty. I also don't understand the person that "prewashes". The left front - the left side - the leftt rear. What is the point? I guess they figure as the driver you only see the leftt side. You would think for a $20.00 car wash, the bird poop would have come off? NOT impressed.

Went to get my car washed and I waited while one of the workers talked to another car for about 4 minutes. Did not acknowledge me whatsoever. I had to roll my window down to ask if they were open and he told me that he would be with me in a moment. So of course after that I left. I will never return.
There are a bunch of full service car washes in Greater Cincinnati, they do nothing to the interior of your car but still charge a premium at Mike's. This trip was particularly bad because they sent another car through right on my tail - I almost got rear ended coming out of the wash. Pay more attention guys.
So this may be the first time I used a drive through car wash, but I'm pretty sure you just drive through the tunnel and your car should be clean when it comes out of the other end. Or is that too much to ask for? My car wasn't too dirty which is why I opted on doing a $15 drive through car wash instead of the more expensive option of handwashing. NOT a good idea.
