Great car wash to go through. I insisted my mom let me pay to get her car washed on the way home from work today and she caved and this was just the closest to are drive home and the customer service was absolutely amazing, sent us through a second time no charge after the first run because some salt was still holding on. 10/10 would reccomend to a friend.
I don't know if it's just me but it seems like you're moving faster through the car wash than you used to. The only reason I could surmise the fact that the rinse barely had a chance to happen before the wax got sprayed on and it was quickly rinsed off before it barely covered my car.
My car was covered in tree berries which are very sticky with pine needles. The attendants really took their time and sprayed and scrubbed my car before I went into the wash. My car looked great when I came out. Thank you so much!
Love Mikes car wash and the convenience but this location is lacking in customer service. I drive a lot for my job and often have bug splatter on my front end and windshield. I always point it out and without fail, the staff will never get the brush out and run it across either. I have a monthly pass and go right back thru and leave with the same issue.
