This is probably the best automated car wash in town. The attendants are courteous and friendly and the process is simple and efficient. And man, does it do a great job!!! There are several levels of service available. We got the "Ultimate" which does an excellent job from roof to undercarriage. When arriving, a greeter will take your order and payment based on the particular serve you want. He writes a code on your windshield with soap and you drive on to the entrance. Love Mike's car wash they're quick fast and efficient. I took my car out of town I had a ton of dead bugs on the front of my car, the attendant made sure he got all the bugs off the car with his power hose. He then told me if they don't all wash off come back around for another wash free of charge. I paid for a dusting sponge out of the machine and the machine didn't dispense it, I told the attendant he came out and got me a dusting sponge and gave me a couple more free of charge. I like Mike's Carwash. it' my favorite car wash and arguably the only good thing about Ohio/Indiana. Anyway. A few weeks ago I bought a carwash here. When I exited the wash I got out to look at my car. There were still a bunch of little red stains on the paint that looked like berries or sap or maybe bird diarrhea? I didn't know what it was. I've used Mike's countless times without issue. However, this past Saturday, I went through with an ultimate wash and upon arriving home, I see that the Carwash had peeled off my paint. This isn't an old car, but it isn't brand new. It's a 2015 and this is inexcusable to me. I was unable to run back up there this weekend, so I reached out to customer service immediately. Closed. Not happy with all the miss spots on my car, when I got home I had to take wet towels and wash all the missed spots. I did the survey that Mikes offers on the web site left my contact information and no one has contacted me.
