Miles Chevrolet Service Dept. After buying my husbands Malibu from Miles and working with the service dept. for all things on his car it was a sure bet when it was time to get a new truck Miles is where we would go. Everyone from our salesman and the business office to the service dept. have been outstanding. They do not make you feel pressured to do anything. My Experience I've purchased 3 Trucks from Miles Chevrolet and am in the process of possibly buying a fourth vehicle. The service I have gotten on my Silverado is exceptional. They are able to address my complicated working schedule by allowing me to use a loaner vehicle while dropping my truck off to have it serviced. I can't say enough about how important that is for me.
