What's not to like! We were treated in a fair and friendly manner when we purchased our car by salesman Troy Carberry. He's called to follow-up on satisfaction and say Thank You on different occasions. New car purchase Excellent service And exceeded our expectations. Any question or concern we had was answered and taken care of promptly. Our salesman was very very good. First time purchase from this dealer.
Always satisfied with Miles sales and service! Called Service Dept on a Saturday morning when my check engine light came on Friday night on my 2014 Chevy Equinox. Talked with Kevin. He was very helpful. Brought my car in to be checked on Tuesday. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. In the meantime, they provided me with a new Malibu to drive while my car was being fixed. Everyone at Miles is so helpful, friendly and professional!
