I have seen a major improvement in Milestone Cross Plains ever since Tess, the director of Milestone, took over. There have been many positive changes. The residents seem to be much happier.
We recently toured Milestone and were very impressed with the accommodations, staff friendliness, activity opportunities and leisure rooms. It’s a beautiful facility nestled in the hills with outdoor areas for residents and their families to enjoy. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!
There has been a great positive change in Milestone of Cross Plains. Change such as management, care level and the staff as well. The residents are extremely happy with the activity director and all she has done to keep the residents involved. Kelly has done so much for the new Montessori program that has rolled out.
Since Tess has become director here at Milestone Crossplains there have been many positive changes.
Unfortunately, I'm going to rescind a previously good review for Milestone. We had to move my father due to low staffing levels, and also have had a negative experience with Milestone continuing to try to process payments to them long after he left their facility.
