Awful. Corporate demoted the administrator and replaced with corporate people, or several short lived adminins. Resident care neglected. Safety checks are not done. Good staff members have left out of frustration with complaints not being addressed, low wages, lazy coworkers. Most staff are useless or don't care as to how to handle falls, answering pages in a timely manner, speaking to residents with Dementia, getting them up, dressed, and meds given. We moved Mom to a skilled nursing facility in Spring Green. Milestone lacked the staff to provide for the care plan they developed when Mom first arrived in March. Delayed response time resulted in Mom trying to do more than she was supposed to and falling several times. Their unwillingness to provide assistance unless asked and Mom's attitude that she can do it on her own resulted in a decline in her health from the falls and growing inability to care for herself.

I took a very quick and brief tour of this place. The staff that i got to meet were friendly. I didn't like the location of it. The activities that they offered weren't gonna meet my loved ones needs so that's why this place didn't work out. It was a pretty new community, there weren't a lot of people living there yet.

We feel the staff at Milestone are under qualified.
