I have been goin gto the Mill Creek Dental for over 22 years and always find the staff and Dr. Kavanagh friendly.
As always my periodic teeth cleaning and oral examination was fast, efficient and enjoyable (for a dentist). Rachel was very warm and friendly and showed me methods to improve my oral health.
Everyone was very personalble. The enviroment in the lobby in nice. everyone was organized/ from the greeting when I walk in the door, to the intoducing of my hygenist, Rachel. positive feedback on how my teeth are is very encouraging, as well as what I need to do better and why. rachel was great. I liked her. and also when I leave. receptionist were on top of it..they knew my daughters were coming in later and suggested we make our "3 at a x appt." after they come in. and of course it always helps when I don't have any cavi... read more
