My family has been seeing Dr. Kavanaugh for 8 years and every visit has been great. Our boys ages 8 and 11 love "Dr. Dave" and actually get excited about going to the dentist! I would recommend their office to anyone!
Not so gentle dental The dentist AND the hygienist both butterfingered and slipped with instruments in my mouth. The dentist banged my teeth with the mirror and the hygienist ended up giving me a huge sore on the side of my mouth because she slipped with the suction. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care.
Error My appointment was scheduled for Dec 27 while I am on holiday vacation for 11 days and office called me today November 27 asked why I wasn’t there? Told them I have no appointment today?????? I have December 27 while on holidays vacation. Also I have been on vacation in AZ for Thanksgiving and didn’t see reminders. Clearly office error and I should not be charged. See you next month. Bob
