Personally had a great time, but to have to take my Mini downtown would be a pain, just parking was ridiculous !
Jon ( Internet Manager) was patient, transparent and totally cool. We had a great experience while choosing which CPO. We had several offers but he made us feel so welcome that we decided to buy from them. Then we met Mike Wade and the sell was closed! They work together in a relax atmosphere, no pressure selling and a very good experience. I am very happy with our MINI and most likely will continue to buy from them in the future.

Bought Hannah's 2nd Mini here yesterday. Great service... took a little long, but she got the car she wanted with little friction!
My poor original mini was totaled when I was struck before X-Mas. It was all paid for and I loved it like a friend. Only receiving a portion of the cost to replace it I did a lot of homework before heading out to find a pre owned replacement. Thank you to Carlos and the manager for patiently reviewing every option I could afford and when they knew I was just settling, making an opportunity for me to really get what would make me happy! Totally turned my frown upside down! Don't settle! Go see Carlos.
This is my second Mini in 7 weeks due to crazy drivers that keep on hitting me in the back and totaling out my car. Mini of SF is the absolute best. Sean Connelly is one of the best salesmen there is. He made each purchase a fun one and a pleasant one. That entire shop gets it, their customer service is impeccable. I will always go there. The Mini is a well built driving machine!!!! I loved my last one and the one I bought yesterday is even better.
