"My appointment time was 9:20 and I was met by service..." My appointment time was 9:20 and I was met by service tech Ed. I got paper work done and my loaner car was waiting. Service was an oil change and brake fluid flush. Took a little longer than expected and didn’t pick up car till 4:00 pm. I was in a hurry to get home so I couldn’t take advantage of free car wash. I would say the overall experience was good for my first time there. Very nice facility and knowledgeable staff.

There was no pressure. Lots of good information and a very nice experience. Over the last several days we’ve communicated over several makes and models of the mini. Yesterday I purchased a certified mini Cooper convertible and I am very please.
