My previous vehicle took a turn for the worst this past weekend and I needed a new car as soon as possible. Brandon helped me throughout the day dealing with my previous car issues as well as purchasing the new one on the spot. He was incredibly patient while I was looking and test driving cars trying to find the perfect one. Would absolutely buy a car from Brandon and Mini again!

I was recently in an accident and (not my fault) and my beloved Coupe was totalled. I set out to find my unicorn...had to be a Coupe or Roadster, S or JCW, manual and very picky on color...we found the perfect car one state away at MINI of Knoxville. Love my new Mini Cooper! Fantastic customer service by Rick Culotta before and after the sale! By far the best car salesman I have ever had! I would highly recommend him and Mini of Knoxville if you are looking for a new car! Also Carol and Desiree went the extra mile to make sure my experience at the service department was exceptional!

I just need to say what a joy it has been to work with Carol Hwang in the service department. She really took what could have been a disastrous MINIs on the Dragon with The Countess acting a fool and really made it special for me. Those service managers may get a bad rep but Carol bucks the trend.
I want to give a shout out to Dustin Taylor for helping me trade in my 2012 mini countryman. I had a little negative equity and he was still able to help me get a great deal and a great rate, Will be back when its time. Thanks Guys.
Rick was an amazing salesman! I walked in with a budget, I knew what I wanted and they made it happen! Delivery was easy, tank was full and top was down! This is my second Mini and I will be back!
