I bought my 2014 BMW 335i M-Sport from the fine folks at MINI of Knoxville. I was so impressed during my first visit to the dealership! During my visit I met both the Managers and also the minority owner! I was so blown away I took a job when they offered me a position. Best decision I've made. This company is fantastic!
While traveling thru Tennessee on my way to Georgia my front drivers side tire was swallowed by a pothole, ugh. Mini of Knoxville came to my rescue! After hours of waiting for a tow to the dealership and believe me the clock was ticking, Anne the service advisor & Keith the tech quickly got me back on the road. Thank you so much!! Give these folks a bonus for going above and beyond for great service. P.S. I found out that I have wheel and tire warranty so that made my day!
The service department at Mini of Knoxville is AMAZING!!! I'm thrilled with them :-) especially Anne, their service advisor. She isn't pushy and I get a genuine feeling from her every time I see her. I'm professionally in sales so I realllllly hate the "car sales" experience. I have to say, I have never been happy with the Mini sales team- although my last mini, I felt I paid fairly for. I bought my mini used from Carmax. I always wanted one but didn't know if I would like it enough to buy a new one. Well I LOVE MY CAR!!!! I will buy a new one when it's time. That being said because I want everyone to know that I didn't buy my car at Mini of Knoxville but I took it in for an oil change yesterday.
