Very helpful in getting the car in and serviced. Found out after that warranty allowed me to save$$.
Everything in the 5 month process was very smooth. Alexandra has always kept us posted. Everyone was helpful. Although it took us almost 4 hrs when we picked up the car, but it's understandable given many people seemed to pick up their cars on that day.
