I found the dealership offered courteous and professional service and was able to complete the repair on my MINI in a few hours.
Alexandra was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail and great communication made ordering a Mini very easy and fun! The dealership also had good COVID safety down and have really streamlined the pick up experience. Will definitely be back again for the next Mini!

I went in to get taillights installed and they went out of there way to figure it out for me great service department
Very good experience at this dealership. Bought my mini for service and my service agent was great. He kept me informed the entire time, took me on a walk through of my car with the mechanic and together they explained everything. They even fixed an issue with my FOB that no other dealership I went to fixed. Will be utilizing this service center for my service needs.
Customer Service technicians always courteous and helpful. Appointment time was honored and work was completed in a timely manner.
I went to the Manhattan Metro Mini dealership. No thanks. When I actually had a problem, I came to MINI of Ramsay, and boy what a difference! Now every time I go there, they remember me, they ask questions, they listen(!) Mark, Josh and Dan are the reason. Great communication. Always treating me like a partner. MINIs can be finicky, but I feel like we are managing my ownership together. This is how a brand should feel.
The service advise was courteous , helpful and efficient . We were in and out of there in a short time and all issues were resolved .
Our salesperson Terry was amazing!! No pressure and extremely easy to work with. He followed up with emails and texts throughout the sale process. Terry and the finance department were all very personable and a pleasure to work with, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!
