MINI 4 door hardtop Owner This was our first trip to Ft Myers MINI for the initial service appointment required for our 4 door hardtop purchased new Nov 2015. Major work included an oil/filter change, new windshield wiper blades, and a computer program update. Work was completed as promised. Service personnel, Sara and Claude, were very pleasant and kept us informed as service work was being completed.

Mini of Fort Myers Very pleasant, The staff was knowledgeable regarding their product. The dealership was very busy so I was taken care of by two different salesmen. This was not a problem as it lead me to believe they work together and are not "sharks".

Great Service, very clean facility I initially contacted MINI of Ft Myers through their website regarding lease options on a Clubman or Countryman. Doug responded the next morning. I want able to drop by until the next week. Doug was courteous and patient as we drove two vehicles and looked the lot over for the right options/price. Mini Clubman Service Our Clubman was taken very good care of and Sara in Service was great! We did not think servicing and a dent removal could be done all in one day, but the technician stayed late to get it completed and Sara called us at 8:00am saying the car was finished!
