Great Service and Eddie is fantastic! I purchased my Mini more than 5 years ago and have continued to take it there for service. They always ask before completing a repair. The waiting room is always clean and has snacks and good magazines. Everyone is friendly

They went the extra mile This dealership went above and beyond what I expect from customer service. My warranty was about to expire and I had 2 lights that were out. When I brought the car in for service, the service agent noticed my warranty was about to expire and he said they would go over the car in detail. They wound up detecting a leak in the water pump and replaced it, an oil leak where a wire goes into a sensor and reprogrammed the computer that corrected a hesitation when I would step on the accelerator all free of ... read more
Extraordinary Service! Highest possible marks for this routine mile check for my 2014 Mini Cooper Convertible. (I adore this car!) I've come to expect the highest service levels from Mini Cooper and have not at all been disappointed. Always Friendly...Always Ready. While I LOVE my MINI, I'm not thrilled with the dependability of the cars cooling system. But then that's NOT the dealers fault. But it does mean I have a more then passing relationship with the Service Department. Service has always been first rate, friendly, and quite quick as I pull in, unannounced, with the latest cooling/over heating problem.
