The overall experience was good and I have no complaints. I saw what I wanted and they made it happen. Very professional and courteous through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Jimi Mingo and the finance department.
I was just looking on line at a particular Countryman, and used their "trade-in estimator" tool to figure a potential trade allowance for my car. I didn't like what I saw, but while I was on line the dealership called me. I convinced me to ignore the estimator tool and asked what it would take to trade for that Countryman. I came to only get an oil change, but to mine surprise I found myself looking at the Mini upfront. Two of your sale people walked by me without speaking, than came Victor with a smile on his face and asked if I needed help. He was very nice and told me if I had any questions to let hime know. He worked hard showing me trucks (even though non of them fit what I needed). The next day he called me back about a truck. I was i my way to look at another one and he was able to get me pricing on this new truck before I arrived at the dealership. The price was so good I quickly returned and bought the truck from him.
