A fantastic experience thanks to this great looking place, awesome cars, and Mr. Jordan B. who paid attention to a lot of details during the process. We couldn't be any happier with our Countryman S. Jordan gave us the confidence to purchase our first Mini and even took the time to show us and allow us to test drive 3 different cars even though we had made up our minds with the Countryman. I look forward to getting my second Mini soon!

Mall of Georgia Mini was our second stop in our search for a used BMW. Jordan Smith greeted us warmly, listened to what we wanted, and tried his best to find it. He went out of his way to look at other dealerships within the Hendricks family and provided excellent education to us in the process. Even though we didn't end up buying from this dealership, we were very impressed with the professionalism displayed by Jordan and highly recommend him to anyone considering an auto purchase.
Our salesperson, Mike, gave us an absolutely different car shopping experience. Not only he listened to our needs and wants, he found the car we wanted out of state and had it delivered to the dealership. He was never a pushy salesperson, he waited for us to make our final decision without any pressures. If you are looking for a car, talk to him! He will definitely give you a different car buying experience.
I went to look at one car and ended up with a different one. Patrick was AWESOME! Very patient and helpful. No pressure. Very reasonable price compared to other dealerships. We were lucky enough to deal with Zachary Stankowski when we recently purchased a new Mini. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and found us just what we wanted. We found him to be a real down to earth guy which made for as pleasant an experience as one could hope for in buying a new car.
