"Ottos had had a spotty reputation back in the day. But..." Ottos had had a spotty reputation back in the day. But wanted to find a Mini dealer nearby so checked out Ottos recent reviews. Raheem’s reviews were beyond excellent - so went there to see him specifically. He did not disappoint! In depth knowledge of his product combined with exemplary customer service - even after the sale. BTW - everyone I came into contact with was excellent - but Raheem was outstanding.
