I was definitely not happy when I asked for some instructions on the operation of the new vehicle. I was told it is just like my MINI. It most certainly was not like my 12 year old MINI. Imagine how stupid I felt at your entrance gate when the car in front of me could not open the gate and wanted me to back up....I could NOT get the car into reverse! I am usually very happy with my treatment at your business though.
