I had my mini serviced by Lana after a Cadillac Escalade ran me off the road. She took care of me and told me what needed to be done and what could wait. That showed me that Mini did not just wanted my money but wanted me as a customer. The next day she was scheduled off and the service manager finished the customer service role. Hats off to Sewell Mini of Plano. For someone that has always worked in customer service.... I would have handled the situation no different.
This place is awesome and great service from Charles Wadle quick service and leave with clean car... Thank you
