Wanted to write to praise Saasha of the Service Department. I drove my new car into the dealership with a “check tire” light on. I didn’t have an appointment, yet, Saasha was able to help me, almost immediately. She explained how cars are sometimes shipped with the tires overinflated to compensate for being jousled in transit. She corrected the pressure in all 4 tires, and reset the computer. I left there confident in the job she had performed. Thank you again, and keep up the good work!
Such a great group of people
I had the best time leasing my last car. Mike got me out of my BMW 4 months early and now I’m driving a MINI convertible. I gotta say, the drive and ride are better in this car!! I absolutely love it and everyone at MINI of Edison. Mike, Bill and Jeff were fantastic and patient. My insurance company was closed by the time I was ready to leave with my new car. Instead of having to come back the next day with insurance, they got me a 3 day policy for free so i could drive my new MINI home!! Love these guys!! Thanks
Amazing and friendly service!
I just picked up my new Cooper Countryman. Love it. And really love MINI of Edison, too. This is only my second time leasing a car, and don’t have a lot of experience, but I am really impressed with everyone there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The little special touches made the difference. I will be sure to keep my “WELCOME” sign in my glove box. Really great and thoughtful.
